Rie travaille en tant que Service Designer au MindLab, laboratoire d’innovation interministériel au Danemark. Pendant six mois, elle réalise un échange avec « La 27eme Region » pour partager des idées entre nos deux agences, dont les missions et les pratiques se font écho.
I work as service designer at MindLab in Denmark, which is an innovation lab that is owned by three ministries and a municipality. We work in teams of sociologist, ethnologists and service designers in order to find better solutions in the public sector together with the users. I am also participating in the master program « Service Design » at « The Royal Danish Academy of Design. » For six months I will work with « La 27eme Region » in order to exchange knowledge and inspire each other.
